Just a quick post today to let you know that we only have a few sessions left in our diary before Christmas…

So if you are thinking about booking in for your session before Christmas, don’t leave it too late!  Beautiful photos make fantastic gifts for relatives and friends for Christmas…(much better then socks!)

To get you inspired for your session here are a few from recent portrait shoots!

Yay! We are finally back to normal regarding out telephone line.  After many phone calls to BT to get it all sorted they finally connected us today.

We still have the exact same number 0845 009 2610, so no need in learning a brand new number!

Our phone lines are open from 10am – 6pm Monday – Saturday unless stated otherwise. We are closed for all public holidays and will give prior notice to any time the business will be closed.  We are not always available to take your call during the opening times so please use our answer machine service and we can get back to you as soon as possible.  Hope to speak to you all soon!

Our annual holiday is coming up soon.  This is the 22nd March – 10th April,  the business will be closed within this time you can leave a voicemail or email, however dont expect any response as we wont be here! Please bear this in mind if you are looking to send us your print order during this time as it wont be processed until we open up again.

Things never seem to run smoothly when you want it to.  We are now in our new property surrounded by many boxes and trying to settle in. 

However we have had a major delay regarding our phone lines, I know many have you have been trying to get through with no success.  We have a projected date of our phone line being connected as the 18th March…!  We are so sorry for the inconvenience this has caused our clients.  Our email system is still up and running so please please please email and do not try and ring as you will not get through.

I will keep you updated regarding our phone lines as soon as I have an update here!

We are currently in a process of a move, so we have a slight disruption in business.

Whilst we are still open as usual, however our phone line will be down for at least a week, we advise if you need to contact us please email and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

I will keep you all updated when the phones are back online!

Happy 2009 to all our clients.

I know this is a little belated well maybe a bit more than a little!  I hope that 2009 has treated you all well so far and hope that great things are to come!

So what have we been up to so far,

Well with a well rested Christmas holiday it was time to get back to work! At the end of January we did our first promotional stand of 2009 which was brilliant, meeting some new faces and some old which is always nice to see!

There is a few dates to let you know about, we have a few changes happening here at Pure Portraits, we are on the move, so to pre warn all our clients the week beginning 22nd February for a week there will disrupted service while we move house.  Not too far from Maidstone to Aylesford the numbers will stay the same, however there will be disruption during the connection move, will keep you updated on that timing, emails will not be disrupted so please use our email function on our website during that week.

Here are a few important dates for your diary!

Final Print order deadline!

We need your print order in by the 15th December, this will ensure your prints for Christmas.   Collection of prints will then run from 20th – 23rd December you will be contacted when your prints are ready!  Canvases, Acrylics and books will not be ready before Christmas.

Holiday Closing!

We will be closed over the Christmas period from 24th December – 2nd January.  If you have an queries please either leave a voicemail or email us and we will get back to you in the New Year!

After a few days we finally have our phone line back again.  Sorry if this caused any problems.  But its all systems go now.
